What the app is

Anthem Reports is an internal tool run by Anthem for its own business. It turns each store's end-of-day fuel figures into a PDF and saves it in Anthem's own Google Drive account. It has no public users.

What Google data it uses

• Google Drive, files it creates only (the drive.file permission). It creates its report folders and uploads the PDFs into them. It cannot see, read, change or delete any other file in the Google account.
• Your email address, once at sign-in, to confirm the correct Google account was used.

What it does not do

• It does not read Gmail, contacts, calendar or other Drive files.
• It does not sell, share or transfer Google user data to anyone, and it does not use it for advertising or to train AI models.
• The data in the reports comes from Anthem's own store systems, not from Google.

Storage and security

The access key Google issues is kept only on Anthem's private server, encrypted in transit, and is never shared. Reports stay in Anthem's Google Drive under Anthem's control.

Removing access

The account owner can remove the app's access at any time in their Google Account under Security → Third-party apps & services. Uploads stop immediately.

Anthem Reports' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
